The Penthouse was originally conceived by hotelier John Vaillancourt, who wanted to create a restaurant that would offer guests and locals alike a unique dining experience. The restaurant was designed by Thomas Schoos, who is known for his work on other high-profile projects, such as the Four Seasons Hotel in Los Angeles.
There are a few things that make The Penthouse unique. First, the views are simply stunning. You can see the Pacific Ocean, the city skyline, and even the Santa Monica Pier from the restaurant. The Penthouse has a great happy hour. From 3pm to 6pm, Monday through Friday, you can get $5 glasses of wine, $4 beers, and $3 cocktails. This is a great time to try some new wines or cocktails, or to catch up with friends.
On weekends, The Penthouse has a brunch menu that features delicious dishes like avocado toast, huevos rancheros, and pancakes. The brunch menu is also available for delivery and takeout.
